Yes.

I bought a new pair of shoes by Dr. Scholl's with gel pads in them. It makes walking bearable. They wore out about 6 weeks into wearing them. I only take them off for bed and showering. My primary doctor said he thinks its plantar facilitis. He said to stretch a lot.

I've been having this also but sometimes not just in my heel. It can also be in the ball of my foot and travel all the way around my foot from top to bottom.

I am going doctors on fri so hopefully will have some answers by then.

I have been diagnosed with ET November 2011 and I had burning painful sensations in my toes quite few years before I was diagnosed. Now, recently I have only sometimes hot sensation in my let foot heel, but is not painful. I usually, do some foot rotations, such as 10 times clockwise and 10 times anticlockwise. Hope this can help.

I have a lot of pain in the back of my heel/Achilles. I have had it for years now. doc said it was bursitis but since I have been diagnosed I'm not so sure. Thank for the advise about the gel pads, I think I might try them.

It might be worthwhile checking with your GP if you have either plantar facilitis or a spur in your heel. I have had both of these very painful conditions on a number of occasions but whether it's caused by my PV, who knows? Either way the gel pads have to be a good idea.

I have checked with GP, don't seem to bothered about it, just say keep taking the pills for the pain, probably had it for over 5 years now, get worse the more I do on it. Will try again next time I'm there. Thanks
